The Walmart Labor Day Sale Has the Best Deals I’ve Seen on Prebuilt Gaming PCs So Far

The Walmart Labor Day Sale Has the Best Deals I’ve Seen on Prebuilt Gaming PCs So Far

The best gaming PC deals I’ve seen so far for Labor Day aren’t from a retailer I’d normally expect. Walmart is offering a selection of discounted gaming PCs that range from a budget RTX 5060 rig to a 4K-ready RTX 5070 Ti powerhouse at prices less than what I found so far from Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Alienware, Lenovo, and HP. These PCs are all sold and shipped by Walmart, not a marketplace vendor, and are eligible for Walmart’s 30-day electronics return policy. These are some incredible discounts you’ll only find in the Walmart Labor Day sale.

Walmart Labor Day Sale: The Best Gaming PC Deals

Read on for more details on each system.

iBuypower Slate RTX 5070 Gaming PC for $1,099

Free Battlefield 6 with purchase

Walmart has the iBuypower Slate gaming PC for $1,099 after a $400 off instant discount. It’s equipped with an Intel Core i5-14400F processor, GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card, 16GB of DDR5-5200MHz RAM, and a 1TB M.2 SSD. The RTX 5070 performs similarly to the RTX 4070 Super, although it pulls away in any game that supports DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation. It’s an excellent card for gaming at 1080p and 1440p resolution. Check out our RTX 5070 review.

Acer Nitro 60 RTX 5070 Ti Gaming PC for $1,799

Free Battlefield 6 with purchase

Walmart has a great deal on the Acer Nitro 60 gaming PC at just $1,799 after a hefty $500 off instant discount. It’s equipped with an Intel Core i7-14700F processor, GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 2TB M.2 SSD. Of all the Blackwell cards released thus far, the RTX 5070 Ti offers the best bang for your buck, especially when pitted against the previous generation GPUs. It performs neck-and-neck with the RTX 4080 Super and marginalizes the RTX 5080, which is only about 10%-15% faster but costs 33% more. Like all Blackwell cards, the RTX 5070 Ti supports DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation. This GPU is capable of high framerates in nearly all games, even at 4K resolution.

iBuypower Element Pro Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming PC $1499

Walmart is currently offering the iBuypower Element Pro gaming PC for just $1499 with free delivery. It’s equipped with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X CPU, Radeon RX 9070 XT GPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and 2TB M.2 SSD. We rated the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT a “perfect” 10/10. The 9070 XT is comparable in raw performance to the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, which is very impressive considering the fact that the 9070 XT typically costs $150 less. Where the 5070 Ti wins is in upscaling (DLSS) and ray tracing performance. The 9070 XT is also on equal ground with the $1,000 RX 7900 XTX. It can run pretty much any game at 4K resolution and at framerates of 60fps or higher.

Hardware Unboxed Benched the RX 9070 XT During the Battlefield 6 Open Beta

For those of you looking to upgrade your rig specifically for Battlefield 6, Hardware Unboxed tested out a few different Radeon RX 9070 XT configurations in-game. At 4K and with the maximum “Ultra” preset, the RX 9070 XT rig maintained an average of 70-85fps with a 1% low of 67fps. This was tested with both lower-end AMD Ryzen 5 and higher-end AMD Ryzen 7 X3D processors and the performance difference was minimal, especially at higher resolutions (1440p and 4K).

iBuypower Element SE RTX 5060 Gaming PC for $899

Free Battlefield 6 with purchas

Walmart just dropped the price on the iBuypower Element SE to $899 after a $300 off instant discount. GeForce RTX 5060 gaming PC for just $899 after a $300 off instant discount. It’s equipped with anIntel Core Ultra 5 225F processor, GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card, 16GB of DDR5-5200MHz RAM, and a 1TB M.2 SSD. Compared to the previous generation GPUs, the RTX 5060 performs about 15% better than the RTX 4060. It will run pretty much any game in 1080p at framerates of up to 60fps, although some games might require some settings adjustments. Like all Blackwell GPUs, the RTX 5060 supports DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation, and the performance improvement over the 4060 will be bigger with games that support it. Check out our RTX 5060 review for more details.
